Furniture Soup was tasked to design a professional and inspiring atmosphere for the administrative functions of the Clipper Magazine Stadium in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
The project required a floor-plan and furnishings that enhanced the way the staff functions as a team – a complete redesign of the corporate offices including collaborative meeting spaces, offices and reception areas.
We designed the complete paint and textile color palette.

We supplied and installed the furniture – sourced from a combination of new, pre-owned, refurbished and custom pieces… everything from cubicles and collaborative team rooms to desks, seating and even lockers!
Furniture Soup’s has also opened our new Clubhouse office location inside the Clipper Magazine Stadium facility in downtown Lancaster.
At Clipper Magazine Stadium, the need for a well-designed workspace was paramount to support the administrative functions of the Lancaster Barnstormers. By carefully selecting a mix of new, pre-owned, refurbished, and custom furniture, we aimed to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of the staff but also reflects the vibrant spirit of the team.
The design process involved sourcing a variety of furniture pieces, including cubicles for focused work, collaborative team rooms for brainstorming sessions, and comfortable seating areas for informal meetings. Our goal was to ensure that every piece of furniture contributed to a cohesive and efficient workspace, allowing the staff to perform at their best while enjoying their surroundings.
Enhancing Team Collaboration
One of the key aspects of the furniture design at Clipper Magazine Stadium was to enhance team collaboration. By incorporating collaborative team rooms, we provided spaces where staff could come together to share ideas and work on projects. These areas are designed to foster communication and creativity, essential elements for any successful organization.
In addition to collaborative spaces, we also included individual workstations that offer privacy and focus.
